Ahime (“we”) publishes Su POS and takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, store name and tax IDs (IFU) you provide.
  • Business data: products, sales, invoices, customers and stock you enter into the app.
  • Technical data: sign-in information, device type and logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we use it

  • Provide and operate the service (checkout, invoicing, syncing).
  • Ensure DGI normalised invoicing (e-MECeF) compliance when you enable it.
  • Back up and restore your data when you change devices.
  • Provide support, security and service improvements.

3. Data sharing

We never sell your data. It may only be shared: (a) with the tax authority (DGI) as part of the normalised invoices you issue; (b) with our technical providers (hosting) strictly to run the service; (c) where required by law.

4. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active, then for the applicable legal periods (including accounting and tax obligations). You can request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Security

Your data is encrypted and backed up securely. Access is restricted and protected by authentication. As no system is infallible, we encourage you to protect your credentials.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to nahim.salmai@outlook.fr.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. We will notify you of significant changes.
