Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Su POS software and related services, published by Ahime. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose

Su POS is a subscription-based point-of-sale software enabling checkout, stock management and the issuance of normalised invoices compliant with the framework of Benin’s tax authority (DGI).

2. Account and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be performed by you.

3. Subscription and pricing

• Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF) on the pricing page.
• The subscription has no commitment and renews on the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly).
• A free trial may be offered; no credit card is required to start it.

4. Payment

Payment is made by Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Wave) or bank transfer. If payment is not made when due, access to the service may be suspended after notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. Service availability

Su POS works offline and syncs your data when the network returns. We make every effort to keep the cloud service available, without guaranteeing complete absence of interruption (maintenance, incidents beyond our control).

7. Data and compliance

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the tax data (IFU, VAT rates, mandatory mentions) you enter on your invoices.

8. Liability

Ahime cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to use of the service. In any event, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last twelve months.

9. Changes

These terms may be amended. Any significant change will be communicated to you. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Abomey-Calavi, failing amicable resolution.
